Dr. Leah Price has over 15 years of statistical consulting experience as a statistical consultant and researcher specializing in the analysis of medical data, statistical methodology for clinical trials and epidemiology data analysis. She holds a PhD in biostatistics from New York University.
She has designed studies, analyzed many large and small datasets, written statistical analysis plans and produced reports of results in oncology, vaccines, and proficiency panels.
At New York University Medical Center she provided statistical support on research conducted through a large grant for the international consortium for myeloproliferative disorders by reviewing the data management approach, designing clinical trials, and analyzing results of the clinical trials.
At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, she teamed with cancer researchers to design clinical trials and animal studies and conducted many data analyses on both small and large datasets resulting in more than 50 publications.
Leah has served as a statistical reviewer for a medical journal, has presented seminars on statistics to doctors and surgeons, and trained staff on the use of statistical software. She has also assisted several doctoral students in psychology to successfully complete their analyses and defend their dissertations.
